  • Owned the partner pipeline end-to-end, onboarding rollups including Sophon, Lens, Space and Time (SxT), SOON, and KalqiX, and led Avail's first adapter on the Sovereign SDK.
  • Cut recurring infra spend ~$40–50K/year by renegotiating vendor terms, right-sizing internal nodes, and shifting RPC load to public endpoints without degrading service.
  • Ran investor relations and SAFT management end-to-end, from deal structuring through execution.
  • Wrote Avail's initial SDK and integration docs, and supported partner engineering teams through integration.
  • Built monitoring dashboards across Avail DA and Nexus to track active chains, cross-chain volume, and usage in real time, used to prioritize BD and report ecosystem health.
  • Built developer-facing tools (Avail web light client, Nexus x402 playground, block-capacity visualizer) and produced launch demos and product walkthroughs for new releases.
  • Bootstrapped Avail's validator network from zero to 100+ active operators.
  • Orchestrated the Avail unification airdrop and testnet activation campaigns; the Light Client Challenge drew 1M+ participants.
